ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Your access to and use of www.nationwidefireextinguishers.co.uk , ("The Website") is subject exclusively to these Terms and Conditions. You will not use the Website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions. By using the Website, you are fully accepting the terms, conditions and disclaimers contained in this notice. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately stop using the Website.
ADVICE1
This website offers some general guidance but does not constitute direct advice and should not be relied upon in making or refraining from making, any decision. Nationwide Fire Extinguishers do not accept responsibility for any incorrect usage of any of the products sold. It is the customer’s responsibility to select, locate, use and maintain equipment in accordance with current legislation. We recommend our own BAFE certified nationwide fire extinguisher installation and maintenance service in accordance with British Standardss. Please ask our friendly staff for details.
CHANGES TO WEBSITE
Nationwide Fire Extinguishers reserves the right to:
Change or remove (temporarily or permanently) the Website or any part of it without notice and you confirm that we shall not be liable to you for any such change or removal; and change these Terms and Conditions at any time, and your continued use of the Website following any changes shall be deemed your acceptance of such change.
DELIVERY TIMES
Providing orders are placed before 1pm we operate a next day delivery service where possible. But please allow 3 working days for delivery. However, in the event of us being out of stock, we will notify you and send the items as soon as possible.
Delivery for certain products may take longer but an estimate will be displayed in the product description if known delays are anticipated.
DELIVERY CHARGES
The UK delivery charge for any order is £5.00 + VAT.
The customer agrees to pay for any loss, or extra cost incurred by Nationwide Fire Extinguishers through lacking or wrong instructions, or through failure, or delay in taking delivery, or through any act or default on the part of the customer, its servants, agents or employees.

RETURNING GOODS
Any used products will not be accepted for refund or exchange.
If you wish to return goods we will accept returns up to 14 working days after you have received the goods.
The goods must be unused and in re-sellable condition.
PLEASE NOTE: The cost and responsibility of returning non-faulty or unwanted goods will be the responsibility of the customer. We can arrange a collection on your behalf but the cost will be deducted from you refund.
We will issue the refund (cost for products plus shipping charges charged with the initial order) once the goods are returned to us and we have agreed that the goods and packaging are in a satisfactory re-sellable condition and have not been used.
DAMAGED GOODS
Please check for damages immediately before signing for the goods. If any damage is found, this must be noted on the couriers paperwork before signing for the goods. Otherwise the courier will not accept resonsibility and will not process any claims for damages meaning you might not be able to receive a replacement or refund from us. You can also refuse damaged goods without signing for these. Any transport damage found after the courier has left, is not covered and claims might not be processed. We reserve the right to remedy the situation by sending replacement parts if possible. If you return an item as "damaged" which is subsequently found not to be you will be liable for the delivery charges where applicable. All goods are checked and packaged for safe transit. We make every effort to deliver our goods in an undamaged condition.
REFUNDS
Refunds are given by credit/debit cards or cheque.
CHEQUE PAYMENTS
Please make cheques/postal orders payable to Safelincs Ltd and send to the contact address together with your order and your contact details by selecting the invoice option on the payment page.
IMAGES
The images of products shown are a guide and products may vary slightly from that shown on the website. Unless a specific manufacturer is stated we reserve the right to change suppliers at our discretion.
CONSUMER RIGHTS
None of these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.
SITE SECURITY
This website uses SagePay's secure processing facility for all credit card and debit card transactions.
If, however, you would prefer to pay over the telephone, you can do this by calling us on 0800 612 7831 during normal working hours.
You do not have to register to use this site.

The information included in this website have been checked for accuracy. However. we accept no liability for any errors or omissions in this information.
PRICES
All prices are in pounds sterling and are shown on the product pages excluding VAT and carriage unless specifically stated otherwise. VAT at 20% will be added in the basket. Delivery charges are added at checkout stage.
EXPORT
We are a UK based company and do not offer online international orders as standard, but we are happy to send to our international customers and our friendly staff will be happy to quote you the international shipping charges.
